With more than 20 years of experience across banking, lending and small business, Teressa brings extensive industry knowledge together with a practical, education-first approach to finance.
Teressa specialises in modular and prefab construction finance and works with clients and builders across Australia to navigate the unique lending requirements involved in modular construction.
Her experience extends across home and investment lending, construction finance, refinancing, business and commercial finance.
Teressa’s work in specialist lending was recognised in 2026 when she was awarded Innovator of the Year – Specialist Lending Broker at the Broker Innovation Awards.
She is also an MFAA Endorsed Broker Mentor, supporting the development of brokers entering and growing within the finance industry.
